Founded in 2022, Michael has led Kurek Development to becoming one of the leaders in developing Phoenix's residential, commercial, and surrounding neighborhoods. From commercial retail centers to one-of-a-kind custom homes, Michael's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work with clients all over Maricopa County. No slowing down in sight, Michael is still taking Kurek Development to new heights.

Savannah

President/Design Studio

Savannah started with the company from its origin in 2022. She quickly became President, and now leads all day-to-day operations of Kurek Development. She has impressed many as a forward thinker, excellent communicator, and has an unparalleled eye for design . Savannah also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.

Bert

Chief Financial Officer

Born and raised in Tempe, Arizona, Bert has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors, Bert has made a name for himself with expanding the companies outreach. Developing new strategies as we navigate an evolving and dynamic market, Bert has become an invaluable asset to this company.
